The estimated shipping timeframe is calculated from the moment the order is completed, rather than the purchase date. Due to the handmade nature of our products, processing times may vary, but customers will be notified when their order is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping costs are charged upon purchase and are final.

4. Delivery Conditions
Generally, international orders are in transit for about 10 days, though exceptional cases may extend delivery up to 20 days, depending on the chosen shipping method and the supplier.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders are typically processed within 18-20 business days after payment. We allow a 48-hour window for address modifications.
Our teams coordinate stock shipments Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays when shipping is paused.
Once an order is placed, the maximum shipping timeframe is 21 business days, though items often ship sooner. Due to current disruptions, delivery can take 2 to 4 weeks.
Shipping vs. Delivery
Shipping refers to sending the ordered items, while delivery means transporting and ensuring they arrive at the destination.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 7 weeks (21 business days for processing + 4 weeks for transit).
If your order confirmation email is over 5 weeks old, please reply directly to it or email us with the following details for expedited processing:
